The Standard rooms and Villa offer beautiful garden views and the Deluxe rooms offer ocean view. You will find the perfect accommodations for families, couples, or friends who are looking to enjoy our comfort in the tropics.

Rates are per room and per night based in single or double occupancy
Taxes are not included (16.39%).
These rates are subject to change without prior notice
Extra person is $ 20 + taxes per night
Breakfast is included in the room rate
Check in: 2:00 PM & Check out: 12:00 noon

CANCELLATION POLICY
(Do not apply for Holiday Seasons)

Cancellations made 30 days before the check in is a 100 % refund.
Cancellations made 29 to 16 days before the check in is a 75% refund.
Cancellations made with less than 15 days before the check in is non-refundable.

PAYMENT POLICY

All the reservations must be pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival, either with a credit card or a bank deposit to any of our following accounts:

ABOUT OUR SEASONS

Generally, Costa Rica has three different tourist seasons: High, Green and Peak. Peak is the short period around Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. December 16 to April 15 is considered High season, and April 16 to Dec. 15 is Green (or Low) season.

As Peak Season is Holidays, make your reservations early!

High Season is our summer, which is winter in the cold north, it is the most popular.

The Green season is our fall and winter, best time for surfing and white water rafting. Here in Costa Rica the temperatures do not vary much in “winter”. It remains sunny all day most days until mid afternoon. Nice time when the beaches are uncrowded and best for those traveling spontaneously!
